Truck drivers.Drop the weight.Get the energy back.Make it home healthy.
Healthy to make it home. Weight loss, more energy, and a plan that works with truck stop food, long hauls, and the blood pressure numbers you're tired of hearing about.
Start the drive homeFounding drivers
Be my next success story.
I'm taking on my first group of drivers right now. You get one-on-one coaching built around your route, and you help shape how this program runs for every driver who comes after you.
Client results are coming soon. I would rather show you real ones than made-up ones.
Get In TouchLife on the road is built against you.
The seat wins every day.
Eleven hours behind the wheel. Your body sits still while the miles stack up, and the weight comes along for the ride.
Food is whatever is at the next exit.
Roller grills, drive-thrus, and a fuel stop at 2 a.m. Eating right is hard when you don't pick the menu or the clock.
Tired before you're even rolling.
Sporadic sleep and long hauls drain you. Coffee and energy drinks cover it for a few hours, then you crash.
The doctor keeps saying blood pressure.
You know it's a problem. Nobody has given you a plan that works out of a cab.
The method
I refuse to preach health.
Most trainers are not drivers. They have never been behind the wheel and they don't know the food or the timelines out here, so the goals they set don't fit your life. I'm a driver, so I coach to the hours and options you really have.
- Tailored to the driver. Your route, your schedule, your body. Not a template.
- The science, explained. You learn how your body and the mechanics work, so you know why you're doing each thing.
- Intense down to moderate. The energy matches the day you're having.
- Stress relief and circulation. Movement that undoes the hours in the seat.
- Road nutrition. Better picks at the truck stop, not a perfect meal plan you'll never follow.

Straight answers
Is this safe for my situation?
We start where you are. Total beginner, extra weight, high blood pressure: the plan is built around that, not around some gym crowd. If your doctor has you on restrictions or medication, we work inside those limits, and you clear new training with them first.
Have you worked with someone like me?
I am someone like you. I'm a truck driver and a family man. I know the hours, the truck stops, and the food you actually have access to out here. That is the whole reason this exists.
Do I need a gym?
No. We work with what's on the road: your cab, the lot, a set of bands, your own bodyweight. If you do pass a gym, great. The plan doesn't depend on it.
Are you going to lecture me about my food?
No. I refuse to preach health. It's your call. My job is to help you make better picks from the options you have, on your schedule.
Christopher Potthast
I'm a family man and a truck driver. I know what it costs to be out here for weeks at a time. I'm not going to preach at you. I'll guide you, because we're inherently solo problem solvers already.
Your next load could be the first one home healthier.
Send me a message. Tell me where you run and what you want to change. I'll take it from there.
